Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all customers of Holy Drinking who use our 18-liter RO and Alkaline water jar delivery services in Surat.

No Return After Delivery

Once a water jar is delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Jar Damage or Loss Charges

If any jar is damaged, cracked, lost, or not returned during the next delivery, a charge of ₹600 per jar will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

One-Time Orders (Events / Marriage):
Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once jars leave for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

Monthly & 15-Day Plans:
Customers can cancel future renewals anytime. No refund is provided for days or deliveries already completed.

Wrong Product Delivery

If RO water is delivered instead of Alkaline or vice-versa, we will replace it free of cost only if informed immediately at the time of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• Payment was made but delivery did not happen.
• A duplicate payment was made by mistake (UPI/COD).

No refund is provided for accepted deliveries or subscription days already used.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used during purchase.
